Terms and conditions of use

1. Object of the contract

These terms and conditions are intended to fix the contractual arrangements between the Client and Mayasi and conditions apply to all purchases made through the merchant website www.mayasi.co.uk by the Customer either professional or consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale. 

2. Characteristics of items offered for sale

Items offered are those listed in the catalog published on the website. These items are available in limited quantity. Each item is accompanied by a description provided by MAYASI. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the offer, especially with regard to color. 

3. Rates

The prices listed in the catalog are priced in GBP, EUR, USD, taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order; any rate change will be reflected in the price of items. MAYASI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided that only the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order shall be applicable to the Client. Prices include the cost of order processing, transportation and shipping. 

4. Controls

The customer places an order on the website "www.mayasi.co.uk"  to buy one or more items, the customer must follow the following ordering process:

  1. Selection of items and add to cart
  2. Validation of Contents
  3. Identification on the website or information on the identification sheet which show all the data requested
  4. Choice of mode of delivery
  5. Choice of payment and acceptance of Terms
  6. Confirmation of payment

The customer will receive an email order confirmation.

The customer may at any time during the process control the details of the order, its total price and correct any errors, before confirming to express its acceptance.

Mayasi retains ownership or custodians rights of the items until full payment of the order, that is to say, the receipt of the order price by Mayasi.

Mayasi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that emanate from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale.

Mayasi undertakes to fulfill the received orders on the web site only within the limits of available stocks.

5. Payments

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment system. In addition, users with PayPal accounts have the ability to safely check in using their accounts.

6. Shipping & Delivery

5-12 days transit time. All orders are shipped via parcel delivery. You will receive an email from us stating that your order has been received and that it has been shipped. We will include a tracking number which can be tracked via our website or on the parcel company we are using to deliver your order.  At this present time, our current order processing time is 3-7 business days from the date the order was placed; weekend and holidays are exempt from processing time. In the event of high peak periods, we will update the website with our expected processing times.

Please note:

  • Although it is our goal to delivery within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
  • Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

Cancellations.

You can cancel you order at any point from the date of order up to 7 days after receiving your order at your designated address. 

Returns

You may return any Products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind).

Before you can return an item you need to contact us by email and mention your order number to us. Email us at: Customer Service.

Mayasi will then send you an email with instructions on how to return the items to us. Please note that we do not cover the cost of the return postage. Please ensure no damage is caused to the clothing or accessory whilst in your care. You must keep any Products you intend to return to us in original condition.

You  may  then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. 

Replacements

In the case that :

  • the Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description; or
  • the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or
  • the Product is not fit for any other purpose for which you have bought it and you notified us, in writing, of this purpose before purchase, and we have not informed you that the Product is not fit for that purpose,

we will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products. Please note that we will not refund your order until we receive the Goods

Process details

Once we receive the Goods:

a) We will examine the Goods you have returned to us to verify whether they are faulty, damaged or if they do not correspond to their description on the Website;

b) At your option we will either replace them with new non-faulty or corresponding Goods  or refund the price paid for the Goods along with the original delivery fees.  When unable to replace the Goods, we will refund the price paid for the Goods (along with the original delivery fees);

c) In any case where the Goods are faulty, damaged or if they do not correspond to their description on the Website, we will:refund to you any delivery costs incurred in returning the Goods to us, provided that you send us satisfactory evidence of the costs actually incurred in returning the Goods. Where such evidence is not provided we will refund you an estimated cost of return postage. Where Goods have been returned pursuant to your right to withdrawal contained in Return Clause of the Terms and Conditions of Sale ( 7 days return period after delivery), the cost of return shall be at refunded to you

d) We will credit the refund for the Goods back to the payment card that you used to pay for the Goods or replace the faulty or damaged Goods in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date that we receive the returned Goods.

IF IN OUR SOLE OPINION, THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY, DAMAGED, AND CORRECTLY CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE, OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW UNDER RETURN CLAUSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU.

8. Privacy & Security 

Our site collects information when you register or place an order for a product.  You may be asked to enter your name, email address, shipping and billing address and payment information.

Any information we collect may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To complete and deliver an ordered product.
  • To inform you regarding the status of your order.
  • To contact you regarding changes made to your online profile.

We do not record credit card details, we do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to any outside parties.  Your information is only shared with trusted third parties but only in the means necessary to complete your transaction (payment processing, shipping companies, etc).  We take all the precautions available to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information on our website, it is kept safe both online and offline.
